Of our kids Tina loved most to sing. So for her 4th birthday I wrote down lots of German Kinderlieder, added a few pictures and ready was a special birthday present.

After listening to the music by Paul Dukas and being told the story behind the ballade by Goethe our children were fascinated and did not stop talking about this tale.
