The Global Financial Crisis continues and the World Bank chief warned of a new and more dangerous time in the global economy, as a debt crisis hits Europe and America's Credit Rating was downgraded from AAA to AA+.  Share markets world-wide plummeted. And self-funded retirees are worried.
