I started from Waverton Station and walked down Balls Head Road again to Ball Head Drive. It takes about 10 minutes. 

There a path is leading to the Former BP Site Parkland. It was added in 2005 to the public open space forming part of the Harbour Circle Walk.

Along the way are many very interesting signs explaining the  the history of various industrial sites in the bay.

The Former BP Site joins Waverton Park, forming together the Waverton Peninsular Parkland. 

The views all along are superb.
